GraceDesk is a record book for a church’s giving. The treasurer or an admin writes down each gift once. Members sign in to see their own record and print a statement when tax time comes.
It does not collect or handle money. Giving still happens the way your church already does it, by cash, check, Zelle or bank transfer. GraceDesk keeps the record and sends the thank-you.
What it does
- Record each gift by fund and by how it was given, one at a time or a whole Sunday at once
- Send a thank-you email with the amount, a receipt number and a Bible verse
- Give each member their own giving record, with monthly and yearly statements as a PDF
- Keep member and family details in one place, with new members approved by an admin
Getting started
Choose “Set up your church” and create the first admin account. Members then find the church by name and register, and an admin approves them. Each church sees only its own records, under its own name.
